As Chief Operating Officer, you develop, in close collaboration with managers, the operational strategy aimed at ensuring project profitability and customer satisfaction.

As such, your missions consist of:

  • Maintain and cultivate customer relationships related to projects;
  • Implement tools for the selection and monitoring of suppliers and subcontractors;
  • Coordinate the various projects to ensure compliance with schedules and compliance with budgets;
  • Coordinate project schedules in line with the technical roadmap of the products
  • Implement tools and processes aimed at maximizing project margins;
  • Measure project performance with specific indicators;
  • Optimize staff allocation and reallocate human and financial resources between projects;
  • Contribute to the company’s marketing and sales strategy.

Profile

  • Bac+5 training from major business schools, engineering schools or management schools, you have experience of more than 5 years in Operations Management or 10 years in Project Management
  • You’re proactive with a critical mind.
  • You have the ability to unite and motivate a team.
  • You are autonomous and motivated.
  • You know how to demonstrate rigor and inventiveness.
  • You are fluent in English

To begin with, Armelle, our Office Manager, will call you to talk about your ambitions, your needs, your “prerequisites”, and present to you what we offer, our organization, our values, all for around thirty minutes.

If everything fits, we’ll set up a meeting, face-to-face or by video, with Laurent, our CTO, to talk “Technical”, operational needs, and who will check the match between your skills we’re looking for. You should allow about 1 hour.

Finally, to round things off, you’ll meet Stéphane, President and co-founder of Innov’ATM, to go a little further into Innov’ATM’s long-term vision and your career prospects. Time may vary according to the depth of your discussions, but 1 hour seems appropriate.
