job description

You will join the Innov’ATM team working in the field of U-space (management of air corridors dedicated to drones) in an agile and innovative context under the responsibility of the Director of Operations.

Responsible for the proper functioning of the project team, you will be involved in all organizational and contractual decisions.

As Project Manager, your mission consists of:

  • Coordination of an agile team
  • Internal communication within the team, transmission of information to the people concerned and the Product Owner
  • Proactive analysis of obstacles, blocking elements, external interference, and anything that can distract the team from its objectives or slow it down
  • Identification of solutions to problems that arise at any time on the project, animation of brainstorming
  • Communication with management and the customer.
  • Management of the project schedule and progress indicators
  • Reporting of the financial profitability of projects.

Profile

  • You have engineering training (ideally IT)
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position
  • You are ready to tackle an exciting field
  • You’re proactive with a critical mind.
  • You have the ability to unite and motivate a team.
  • You are autonomous and motivated.
  • You know how to demonstrate rigor and inventiveness.
  • You are fluent in English

To begin with, Armelle, our Office Manager, will call you to talk about your ambitions, your needs, your “prerequisites”, and present to you what we offer, our organization, our values, all for around thirty minutes.

If everything fits, we’ll set up a meeting, face-to-face or by video, with Stéphane, our President and co-founder of Innov’ATM, to talk operational needs, and who will check the match between your skills we’re looking for. You should allow about 1 hour.

Finally, to round things off, you’ll meet Amine, CEO and co-founder of Innov’ATM, to go a little further into Innov’ATM’s long-term vision and your career prospects. Time may vary according to the depth of your discussions, but 1 hour seems appropriate.
