As Office Manager, you will be one of the essential cogs in the smooth running of the company.

Management assistantships:

  • You ensure the physical and telephone reception of the company;
  • You assist managers in all their missions, coordinate agendas, manage schedules, appointments, letters and events;
  • You coordinate the travel of the company’s employees;
  • You organize internal and external information, often confidential, related to the operation of the company;
  • You produce and proofread documents of various forms and contents (reports, letters, minutes, etc.);
  • You manage various company matters (archiving, supplies management, various service providers, etc.).


HR missions:

  • You interface with the team (communication, questions, leave monitoring, etc.);
  • You monitor and manage, in liaison with management, subjects such as: recruitment, employment contracts, declarations, training, etc.;
  • You monitor payroll via HR management software (variable elements, expense reports, management of restaurant tickets, etc.);
  • You organize internal company events (team building, end-of-year meals, etc.);
  • You manage on and outboarding;
  • You ensure the well-being of employees.


Business monitoring missions:

  • You manage supplier orders;
  • You ensure the monitoring and reconciliation of customer and supplier invoices;
  • You produce customer invoices;
  • You manage general services.


Accounting missions:

  • You are the interface with the accounting firm;
  • You enter purchase invoices into the accounting software;
  • You manage employee expense reports;
  • You participate in the preparation of the assessment and the CIR.


  • You have professional experience of at least 5 years as an Executive Assistant or Administrative / Office Manager.
  • Mastery of accounting and HR concepts necessary for the execution of the position’s missions;
  • Rigor, autonomy and dynamism as well as a positive state of mind;
  • Mastery of office and IT tools;
  • Impeccable written expression and spelling;
  • Understanding of English would be a plus.

As part of our recruitment process, we take a close look at how your profile matches our needs and your expectations.

To begin with, Armelle, our Office Manager, will call you to talk about your ambitions, your needs, your “prerequisites”, and present to you what we offer, our organization, our values, all for around one hour.

If everything matches, we set up an appointment, in person or by video with Stéphane, the President and co-founder of Innov’ATM, to talk about operational needs, and who will check the match between your skills and those that the we are looking for. You should allow approximately 1 hour.

And finally, to close, you will meet Amine, the Managing Director and co-founder of Innov’ATM, to go a little further in the Innov’ATM long-term vision and in your professional perspectives. The time may vary depending on the depth of your exchanges, but 1 hour seems appropriate.
