job description

You will be part of the Innov’ATM team working in the U-space (management of air corridors dedicated to drones) in an agile and innovative environment, reporting to the Technical Director, Laurent NICOLAS.

As a frontend software development engineer, you work as a team on the design and implementation of the interfaces of our applications in ReactJs.

Your missions are broken down into several activities:

Costing with the PO (Product Owner) of the solution proposed by the Designer and technical arbitration.
UI/UX design with the PO.
Design with the backend team of new features.
Development of new components (Typescript / React) in isolation (Storybook) then integration of the functional.
Writing and maintaining unit tests (Jest / React-testing-library).
Monitor technical debt and develop libraries.
Optimize performance.

As a full member of the project team, you will be involved in all phases of the project meeting users and taking part in business workshops to design new functionalities.

You’re proactive with a critical mind.

To begin with, Armelle, our Office Manager, will call you to talk about your ambitions, your needs, your “prerequisites”, and present to you what we offer, our organization, our values, all for around thirty minutes.

If everything fits, we’ll set up a meeting, face-to-face or by video, with…one of our engineer, to talk “Technical”, operational needs, and who will check the match between your skills we’re looking for. You should allow about 1 hour.

Finally, to round things off, you’ll meet Stéphane, President and co-founder of Innov’ATM, to go a little further into Innov’ATM’s long-term vision and your career prospects. Time may vary according to the depth of your discussions, but 1 hour seems appropriate.
